Cookie Policy — Extended information notice on the use of cookies and tracking technologies
Last updated: 23 July 2026
The Data Controller is Rondolino Società Cooperativa Agricola, with registered office at Tenuta Colombara, 13046 Livorno Ferraris (VC), Italy — VAT No. 01986880027 (hereinafter, the "Controller").
Email: info@acquerello.it — Tel.: 0161 477832.
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), Luigi Mattea, who can be contacted at dpo@acquerello.it. For all information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user's terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet), where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same websites on subsequent visits. Similar technologies (e.g. pixels, web beacons, local storage, SDKs, device identifiers) allow information on the device to be collected or stored and are here collectively referred to as "cookies".
Cookies are distinguished:
Technical cookies (necessary for the operation of the website and for the provision of services requested by the user) do not require consent: the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for strictly necessary cookies, Art. 122 of the Privacy Code.
Statistical and marketing cookies (including third-party and profiling cookies) are installed only with the prior consent of the user, which must be freely given, specific, informed and revocable (Arts. 6(1)(a) and 7 GDPR; Art. 122 of the Privacy Code).
On the first visit, a banner is displayed allowing the user to Accept all, Reject all (with equal prominence) or Customise their choices by category. No non-technical cookie is installed before an active choice by the user. Merely continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the banner does not constitute consent.
The collection and recording of consent are managed through the Cookiebot platform, provided by Usercentrics A/S (Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark), which acts as a data processor. Consent is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which the request is presented again.
The user may change or withdraw consent at any time by clicking on the dedicated cookie-management control/badge that is always present on the website, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before withdrawal.
In addition, cookies may be managed or deleted through the settings of one's browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and others) and, for participating third-party advertising cookies, through www.youronlinechoices.eu. Disabling technical cookies may compromise the proper functioning of the website.
The website uses the following categories (according to the Cookiebot classification):
The complete and always up-to-date list of cookies is available here:
